Good price on the HF3. I paid $375 in November 2023. It's decent but a few things I don't like about it. The spray comes out automatically. I would prefer to have control of it so I could mop back and forth on one spot without continually applying more water to the same spot. The dirty water tank sometimes thinks its full too quickly because the soap suds are higher than the water level in the dirty water tank, so you are emptying the dirty water tank before the clean water tank is finished. Apart from that I am pretty happy with it.

maybe you can try this on the other deal I posted. I got this one and it has button to spray steam and water， still testing
yes dirty water tank gets full quickly during my test
I use karcher floor cleaning solution and it doesnt bubble up. Maybe give that a go.
The HF3 is different to the 3517 in your Godfreys link. The HF3 does not have steam
