Alright, back with another post for all the rockers, ravers, lovers and sinners out there.

This time it's The Black Keys with their album Rubber Factory.
I had a look around for this album and where I've seen it in stock it's ranging from $42-$50, so $33.81 is a pretty decent price for this LP(As always, in the scheme(or scam)of vinyl pricing).

  Even as someone who doesn't care for vinyl I used to get excited seeing vinyl deals - sometimes they teach me something new, other times, like this, they remind me of forgotten loves. But lately vinylbargain has become overwhelming, even exhausting.

    I collect a lot of vinyl and I'm feeling the same.

    I appreciate the effort of these posts but 'reasonably priced' records probably belong in the vinyl forum thread.

    Save the main posts for 'bargains' with steep discounts, not just the best price compared to competitors.

      So you collect a lot of vinyl and you don't think a nearly $20 saving on the most expensive price I found isn't a steep discount, or do records have to be 50% off to qualify as a bargain?
      And I'll ask you the same question, 1 vinyl post from me a day, is too much in a sea of bargains, on a bargain website?
      It must be soooo overwhelming and exhausting for your fingers to have to scroll past a vinyl post from others or myself and you'll end up with RSI…,Oh the horror……the horror!

        A quick google shows its $35 on eBay and a few other stores. Sure there's postage, but also local pickup.

        I guess there's just so many records.. it doesn't seem to make sense to post every single record that exists when it's $5 lower than elsewhere.

        It kinda just seems like you're sharing what are your favourite records, instead of particular bargain prices.

        But you're right.. I'll just keep scrolling.

          @kuwahshi: Ah yes local pick up, forgot about that. I really need to start putting in my posts “for all our regional friends that have Prime and don’t live in the metropolitan areas” which might help people understand that not everyone is able to do local pick up.

          The main reason I posted it was because it was 33 bucks and not the Barbie soundtrack. Considering most record prices are $60-$70, the people who like to indulge in vinyl might appreciate this?

          Coincidentally, yes this happens to be an album I enjoy and I don’t think it’s a capital crime to post a deal for a album a person likes, is it?

      Why doesn't anyone say this about vacuums, coffee machines, TVs, smartphones, computers, tablets & video games? Music gets this sort response disproportionately, and it's much worse if someone dares to post about a cheap CD.

      No, not you, but the whole bandwagon these days. Same as wera, knipex, and lots of other stuff, but I guess, for me anyway, music can be a bit more sacred than the other stuff, so touched a nerve and I felt like venting on an open forum.

      Carry on mate, don't let one opinion of someone who's not into vinyl slow you down - I too will just scroll past if I can help myself. Still think you have great taste. ✌️

        Agreed, music is sacred, but I guess that’s why I’m sharing some of these deals as if I happen to find a decently priced album, sometimes I’ll grab it (if I can afford it) and share it here hoping someone else who enjoys that album, can also get it at sub $50 price instead of the ridiculous prices of $60 and up that they’re priced at these days.
