Anyone Experiencing Issue Sending a Claim Request in Cashrewards?

Is anyone else experiencing any issues with submitting claim requests for untracked purchased in cashrewards? I've been trying for multiple days now using different computers, different browsers (i.e. Chrome, Safari and Firefox) and trying both at work at home. I click the submit button, it becomes greyed out for a few seconds then emerges again allowing me to click it again.

I also tried submitting a support ticket but I also experienced a similar issue with the submit button being greyed out for a few seconds.

    same here. went from the Cashrewards website to Temu. there is click history. but they missed tracking.

    can you believe it? and try to put the claim greyed out, or keeps loading. haven't been successful yet.

    Looks like I am not the only one, my mate tried to do the same and is also experiencing the same issue as of a week ago.

    Yes, I am having the same issue as well. The 'Submit enquiry' button has no response. Is Cashrewards still an active site?

      I browsed around on various forums and it seems this is an issue affecting quite a few people with some people claiming they can’t cash out their money anymore either.

        Yes likewise, I've sent the claim request to [email protected] now

          The claim has now appeared in my reward activity after following up with one of their Members Services Team. It was a hassle but they did respond within one business day through email

    I have done around 8 shops with Carshrewards the first one money came in soon, the second one was under $10 so I did not get it, I did another 6 buys linking thru Cashrewards and never got credit from them I no longer trust them and will not use them anymore
