Purchased a Laptop Not as Described from eBay USA

I recently purchased a laptop from an eBay America seller.

I didn’t vent the seller’s description initially. The specifications show that it is a touch screen version, which is the main reason I made the order. The seller double confirmed it is a touch screen. However, when I proved that the version, they listed was a non-touch version, the seller offered partial refund and delisted all the other same 9 items. I denied the partial refund. The sell promised his best to stop the delivery in America.

My question is what should I Do if I receive the laptop?

    return it.
    Seller will have to pay for shipping.

    Ok, so the seller honestly thought it was a touchscreen version, and have removed the listings to confirm/adjust.

    However, when I prove that the version they listed was a non-touch version

    Why didn't you do this before buying, instead of after?

    Its pretty hard to stop delivery once sent. If you receive the item, you should do a return and send it back.

  • Pretty simple really, nothing to panic about.

  • What a true bargain!

  • The joy of drop shipping. Seller has to rely on shipper and disputes usually leave the seller short changed. Common story on Aliexpress.
    Bezos has the most stringent draconian shipping agreements, hence his success.

    Good luck on fakebay, they do have different entities to sell and provide warranty, most likely that policy is found in the agreement nobody reads.

    Ebay au usually has a five strike and you are out policy, five free items and then the debt collector gets after you no matter who's fault is ti.
