      if anybody's wondering these are usb only so cant use them for any kind of mp3/ipod players.
      So bascially laptop only.

        Yeah lappy or desktop. No audio jack connection.

  Bought one. It's cheap. Found one issue with it so far. Not too sure if it is with only my lappy.
  When I plug it in. It doesn't output the sound from these speakers until I restart the laptop. Once it works with these speakers after restart, if I unplug it then it doesn't switch back to laptop speakers until I restart again. So basically you need to have it plugged while you bootup.
  Not too sure if this is with only my laptop. That's a bit of pain. Otherwise it's a good set of speakers and improve the sound on those very low sound youtube videos.

  If anyone is still looking to buy, there are heaps of stocks still left at Vermont South OW. This is the only OW store in whole Victoria which has this particular model in stock.
