20% off & Free Delivery (No Min. Spend) @ Zaitronics

47
OPEN

To celebrate the opening of the Zaitronics store, a special 20% off discount has been made store wide. For some background, Zaitronics was originally created on eBay but with its constant growth, a website was built to help attract more customers. If this current deal is a success, it may be extended. The store offers free delivery as an option and already has the lowest prices on DIY electronics in Australia, making it definitely worth checking out. If you have any questions or concerns, please write us an email at [email protected].

Enjoy your tinkering!

    Hi Rep, any bargains?

    • +3

Is this just aliexpress dropshipping with a 100% markup?

      • +5

I had a quick look & the 1st item I picked is cheaper on Aliexpress -

        2004 LCD Display$14.30 - 20%, total $11.44 delivered

        2004 LCD Display (1000+ sold)US$4.04 + $1.99 del + GST, total US$6.63 (~A$10.35 delivered)

So, for an extra ~$1.09 we get it shipped from within Australia (as opposed to international shipping).

Not quite a 'bargain', but IMO I'd pay the bit extra for the simplicity of local postage.

      • None of the products are dropshipped. All products are located in Melbourne Australia. Message us for photo proof if you'd like before your order

I appreciate electronics as much as the next tinkerer, but yeah there is no deal listed

    No Australian address?

  • but with its constant growth, a website was built to help attract more customers minimise eBay fees.

    FTFY…

also, any deals? Examples of anything that is decent and a good price?

Edit: Since you didn't supply any examples of "bargains", I went looking on my own…

Zaitronics: Arduino Uno clone: $7.92 (inc Shipping)

Ali Express: Arduino Uno clones: $5.81 (Free shipping on AliExpress if you spend $15, +$3.29 shipping or $9.10 total normal price if you wanted just one and nothing else. Lower everyday price than after this 20% off sales price.)

Looks like just another Alibaba bulk buying drop shipper with a Shopify account…

    Post then immediately logs off.

    • Cool

    • I was busy sorry. I'm currently active if you'd like any sort of help/support

No bargain listed, 1st item cheaper elsewhere as per wn above

  • Might be worth a gamble; was at Jaycar this morning - Sheesh! Ended up just buying through Amazon (as it was next day delivery). We certainly need brick and motor/local stores, but I feel like I'm getting hugely taken advantage of when buying from Jaycar.

    • Thanks for considering giving us a chance. For more reviews, you can refer to the Zaitronics eBay with almost all positive reviews.

    • +1

I avoid Jaycar just on principle. You do not have to search long to see why.
Having said that i did get my cheap mini fridge from RTM which leaves me feeling slightly dirty on the inside.

“already has the lowest prices on DIY electronics in Australia”
    A neg for the lies

    • Please provide any examples of locally sourced items

  • +1

Cheaper elsewhere as per watchnerd above. The old post post and run is also not appreciated.

  • Hey guys, all products are located in Melbourne, Australia. None of these are dropshipped. Message us for photo proof before your purchase if you'd like.

    • Any bargain Ethan Zaichik?

      • If you compare the prices to my competitors located within Australia then yes

        • Name one please so we can compare the price

          • @HolyCr4p: My LM2596 without LED is generally the cheapest on the market within Australia

      • Zaitchik*. If you are to use my full name at least write it correctly.

  • +1

Cheaper elsewhere as demonstrated above..last AliExpress order I made came in 6 business days.

Unlike you, a lot of people would prefer to buy directly from Australian suppliers. It is very common where people need for something to arrive urgently such as due to school/uni assignment deadlines or would rather order from a domestic seller for peace of mind. If you were to compare my prices to other stores such as jaycar, paktronics, core electronics, lonely binary, etc, you'd see that my prices are generally lower than theirs. I don't understand why almost everyone is downvoting my website which has noticably lower prices than the competitors mentioned and even most others located in Australia. Please stop comparing my store's prices to international sellers as its an unfair comparison to make.

Weirdly enough, it’s OzBargain, not OzCloseEnough or OzAustralianStockedItemsOnly.

As for your “urgent” example and that your prices are a little bit higher for the convince of it being located in the country, I could say the same thing about Jaycar. For “a few $$’s extra” I can go to my local Jaycar and get it even faster again.

And I’ll stop comparing your prices to international seller when either A, you’re the cheapest (the whole point of this website) or B, they stop shipping to Australia…

You are basically asking us to NOT buy from international sellers, so you can buy from them, slap a mark up on it and resell them to us. Not going to happen. If I can bypass a middle man and not pay their mark up, I am going to do that every single time.
