I guess you can max everything out but you can't make it look better than it already did at max settings
Looks decent and you can raise the graphic settings yeah, it's still a decade old game at the end of the day.
Halo 3 came out in 2007 and apart from the human faces the graphics hold up so well. Seeing it in crispy 4K is amazing.
These came to PC only in 2019 and have gotten lots of meaningful patches since then - ultrawide support etc. Also Halo 2 Anniversary was made in 2014 and looks fantastic. Fundamentally they're still old games but it's a modern release of those old games.
I'd love a Halo Reach Anniversary edition
I want Halo 3 anniversary more. That game is rough around the edges. They don't need to touch the audio.
Bought it but not sure when I will play it
We're bored with Halo. Fallout is rad now.
Hell Divers 2 my bro
I'm jealous of Fallout fans getting an actually good, accurate TV adaptation.
Heh rad
if you play single player it's okay. If you play Co-op campaign, you'll suffer.
Massive massive massive input lag to the joining players, that Microsoft hadn't bothered to fix. It killed the entire experience.
Stay away if you plan to play Co-op. Don't give microshit money.
I've had success with co-op, played through 1 and most of 2 so far.
Both our PCs are at my house though, so I chose "LAN" instead of "xbox live" in the settings, maybe that helps.
I got a bit excited and then i realised that i already bought this previously through the Windows store.
For those wondering if they should add it to their backlog now or wait price history indicates this regularly drops to this price:
https://gg.deals/game/halo-the-master-chief-collection/You're right. This shows a price history chart direct from Steam itself. It's right under the Steam price history info. In the past it seemed to had gone on sale for around this price every few months or so. But lately this year so far it's been every month.
thanks for the link going to bookmark it
Massive value there
How do these hold up on modern pcs? Can you up the settings? $15 i was considering it the other night.
