    They are also horrible to get warranty with them, took me 2 months to get a refund, multiply times to ring up.

    Worked out good because I got the refund and went to logitechshop and brought the item cheaper.

      Had the exact same issues myself with them with warranty on a remote. Will never buy from them again, the woman in charge of the warranty department is a brainless idiot. Her customer service skills are nill, they should replace her with a bag of corn, same result with less attitude.

    Yeah most items are cheaper at standard retail (MSY or Umart), good if there was some bizzaro Logitech device you were looking for that nobody carries elsewhere or you live pretty far away. Eg: K400 @ $39.00 umart vs $55 logitech after discount when combined with G300 @ $30 umart vs $41.37 logitech.
