CCwGTV (HD) - Kayo App Loads but Will Not Stream

Hello,

I am in need of help.

I have 2 HD CCwGTV's and Kayo loads but will not stream sports on either device.
No matter what sport event I try, nothing works, just get a spinning circle for as long as I can tolerate(up to 10 minutes)
Every other app works without issue, e.g. Prime, Netflix, etc.

I have cleared cache and data, nothing.
Uninstall app, reinstall, nothing.
I have even factory reset them and still wont work.

I have tried both WiFi and Ethernet.

Speedtest is full NBN50 speed(52/18)

Its so weird.

Please help.

    I had the same issue the other day, and had tried the same steps you did.
    Ended up moving the CCwGTV from being plugged into the amp to directly into the TV and it started working again. Moved it back into the amp and it kept working. No idea why that fixed it.

      Yeah it's plugged in back of TV, no amp or anything else. Tried both ports, still nothing.

      Well, I'm at a loss.
      Turns out it was the TV. Picked up a freebie and it worked immediately.

      Plugged back into original TV, nothing.

      Go figure.

      Anyways, appreciate you giving some advice.
