          No, as they are UK PAL (and not the troublesome NTSC-U or J verisons) they work fine with AU PSN accounts.

        Tracking numbers should be working for everyone, unless you are not in the Australia Post Express Network. Any area outside of Perth CBD is not in the Express Network - http://auspost.com.au/business/express-post-delivery-network…

          Auspost are giving me the irrits. Me and my son both bought a copy separately and were logged as being in Melbourne early this morning.

          Why have they not been delivered! Thought one of them would have come through, now I have to head off home. Son very disappointed - not in you guys Wade, but Aus post - paid for expedited delivery and they have sat on it all day - going to 2 addresses that I won't have access to.

          :-(

          Update: Even though the Aus post didn't update the package as delivered, it arrived today. Not sure what time it came though, so be sure to check wherever it was sent to and not rely on the site's manifest.

    2 family members and myself ordered 3 copies, 1 is showing as shipped as of Saturday but wasn't received today (overnight delivery).

    Payment taken on all 3 orders but 2 orders were cancelled without notification or refund.

      We've had a few people that have tried to order multiple units using different email address, variations of receivers names and even variations on how their addresses are typed to avoid our filters.

      We've cancelled these surplus orders and are in the process of getting to everyone! Been pretty hectic.
      Gave everyone a call that we could, but some didn't provide their phone number in any order.

      Rest assured we will make sure that everyone who has had orders cancelled will receive a refund today.

      Only Perth CBD (Postcode 6000 - 6005) is within the Australia Post Express Network unfortunately.
      If you are within this range, it should have been there yesterday. If not, you should see it today.

    Hey everyone,

    Glad to hear most should have their Black Ops!

    If I could hand deliver these to everyone I would! Unfortunately though, I can't, and thus we're stuck with Australia Post. Generally they're pretty good, but occasionally mail can be delayed.

    Express Post is guaranteed to arrive if you are within the Express Network.
    If you ordered Black Ops 2 with us express, you are within the Express Network, and it didn't arrive yesterday, we're happy to refund your postage (As long as Aust Post approve it, i.e. it scanned as delivered a day after it should have)
