Does anyone know how to make a complaint with American Express?
I've tried the online chat, but it wasn't helpful.
Do they have a specific email address for complaints?

Find the names of the board members and guess their email addresses. Send an email to everyone on the board and watch your phone flood with calls. At least that’s what I did with commbank. Worked well, problem solved within an hour.

Who is the complaint against that you want American express to help you with?
There's a 24/7 customer service phone number on the back of your card
Don't they literally have a concierge service?
Did you try using google?
Did you search AMEX web site?
In the past, I've just called them on the phone.
