How Long Does It Take to Have Refunds Processed Back onto The Coles Prepaid Mastercard?

I was informed that prepaid cards are no longer accepted and payments have been returned to the prepaid cards. I checked the balance of those prepaid cards, still zero.
Does anyone know how long it takes to get those refunds?

    The bank does a really fun thing where it’ll take your funds straight away, but it takes them 3-5 business days to give it back. You just gotta wait.

    They took the payment then decided they don't do that anymore and sent it back again?

    Which company is this? That's crazy.
