I have another model aircraft (mini 4) but same RC2 and is been wonderful in terms of battery, distance and screen resolution.. a must have compared to the v1 or your phone attached.
Fly safe
At the beach, over the water, along some cliffs or in the park, up a mountain or something… don't worry about it!
Go for a bike ride along a trail, get the drone to track you. Don't worry about it!
The purpose is not "to fly". It's an aerial camera. You're positioning your camera in the air for a short time, to get some footage or pictures. Nobody cares. Just do it. Life is short.

Was a safety message really needed? Are hospital emergency rooms filling with victims of consumer drones?
When you see deals for hammer drills or circular saws, do you offer a similar safety warning?
Not having a go, but I don't think much can go wrong with these drones. The worst thing that happens is the drone crashes and the owner is now in despair!

If the topic was e-scooters you'd have a point. But with drones there's no "crashing into unsuspecting public" happening. Nobody operates their $2,000 drone as a falling projectile into crowds. It's not even possible to do that since the drone will force-land before it becomes dead weight.

At least you provided your list of safety concerns: A single unlikely scenario involving a bird of prey and a group of tourists! Likewise, stay safe using your toaster. The toast could fly out onto your plate, knocking the butter knife off bench and stabbing you in foot. Toast Safely!

Where do you fly ? CASA has killed FPV and they do not make a distinction between cinematic drones and FPV drones where I live..The signs just say no drones
