Complete 10 Surveys and Earn Bonus $3 @ Savvy Surveys via ShopBack App

15

Ok looks like you need to do 10 fresh surveys, deal is not as appealing as I thought. I will leave the post up as some may think it's worth it.

10 Surveys for +$3 does seem a bit much for $3 BUT it looks like if you have done any surveys in the past, those count towards your 10 survey count and you would only need to complete 1 this month to finish the challenge.

There was talks a few months back on here about Savvy Survey's not paying out to users, this seems to have gotten better. All of my surveys were paid including the challenges that pop up from time to time.

Also just to clarify, you get paid the the amount shown per survey + this $3 bonus.
I no longer bother with surveys but I'll bite if I can complete a quick sub 5 minute one.

To activate this challenge:
Open Shopback app, click Earn More and find the Savvy Survey bonus and click Join.

  • BUT it looks like if you have done any surveys in the past, those count towards your 10 survey count and you would only need to complete 1 this month to finish the challenge.

I've previously done a few surveys from Savvy Surveys previous (July 2023) and started this bonus. I've done 7 surveys this month and it counted as 7. So mine is not counting previous surveys.

    • You are correct actually, one of mine just tracked and its only showing 1/10 .
It threw me off as I already have the objective "Complete 10 Surveys at Savvy Survey" checked

      I'll amend the post.

Did one to test if older surveys count.

If not then I would say $3 isn't worth the time, more so since there's a chance for some surveys to not confirm. I had terrible luck doing these surveys for a bonus challenge, 3 of 5 are still pending and I needed 3 for the bonus.

    • I did one just now to test, Savvy Survey said completed and then it took Shopback a few minutes to 'track' the survey. Then the counter went up 1/10.

If you still have funds pending from Savvy Survey, go into your Lifetime earnings (within Shopback), filter by Savvy Survey, Tracked. Then click each of those and there is an option to report that its taking too long for the funds. This will open a case with Shopback then they'll give Savvy Survey a kick up the bum to pay you.

      • Same here, 1/10.

I have already enquired about the pending cashbacks and have been in contact with SB for the last couple months, the last email I got from them said there should be a solution within 70 days.

Survey companies are always a joke, because they don't pay you out if you "don't qualify", by which time you've put in 20 mins answering super personal questions

    • That's not really true.
You go through a few 'screening' questions first, if you do not meet the criteria you are then booted. This is usually the first 10 questions or so. shouldn't be 20 minutes into the survey.

The screening questions are easy to identify, things like "Do you smoke?" or "Do you gamble?" "Are you or your partner pregnant?" just say yes if you want to qualify 😄

      • I bothered doing "surveys" with various companies for years. It's their MO in my experience.

They still haven't paid me the tracked cashback on 6 July 2023 and the $3 bonus.
Shopback said they tried to contact SS but that's it. Never again.

^^ pester them for your money, you earned it. If you report the transaction it opens a case, wait 30 seconds and do it again and again.. They wont ignore you then 😂

I did all this. Weeks, if not months ago. Surveys pending from July, August and October 2023.
Not worth the time and effort and should be banned from Shopback, and probably from here too.

FYI You can only report a transaction overdue once and then it doesn't work again.

      • Of course I had done this and never heard back from them.
You can only do it once.

@Cludo @TanedaR Also have several unpaid Savvy Surveys from 9 July and had reported them. The system says already reported.
gotyourback has acknowledged that there are delays in payment with Savvy Surveys.

    • yah I believe @gotyourback have done his best already.

  • Doing 10 surveys and getting paid only $3 is extremely cheap. Are people's time really worth that little? Do people value their time, which is finite, so little?

    • you get paid per survey the $3 is a bonus on top of.
I used to do them on the train ride home, or while pooping at work. I cbf anymore though

    • Exactly..It's little even for third world wages, let alone Australia. Wouldn't even meet the minimum wage.

Edit: Someone mentioned $3 an hour below.

If we tolerate this, we can expect lowball offers like this in future.

Still got a survey due Oct 23 still pending, and another one due Jan 24 pending.
If bonus is on approval of all 10, gonna be a long wait.

  • If it takes 5 minutes per survey, with 12 surveys completed one can earn as much as $3.6 per hour.

Friends in gaol will be so jealous - through prisoner work program they are paid only $2 per hour.

If only they had access to the Internet while inside, they would be able to use this amazing opportunity to secure their financial future.

That could be the first step on someone's property ladder - filling surveys is better than breaking rocks.

you forgot to include free housing, free food & free power lol

  • thats less than the mim wage! no thanks!
