    Says promo code not valid

  • I can’t get this to work either

  • same.

  • Strange. Here is the email: https://ibb.co/0tT0jHL

    • What was the cost comparison like? I just booked 2 nights at InterCon ANA Tokyo for $550 inc taxes in last week of May (no bfast - couldnt retain Diamond Elite status), looked at Accor Plus but an equivalent like Pullman was close to ~$900 for 2 nights…. Not sure if Hotelux can compare in terms of price?

Maybe register for normal account and chat to their customer support. Showing the screenshot above

  • Got this in the welcome email when I registered:

"Plus, for a limited time only, receive a complimentary 3-month Elite membership with every night completed when booking Japan Collection properties."

UPDATE: spoke to customer service and apparently they reset the settings, I tried again and the code worked.

    • Same but no welcome pointa

    • Glad it is working now. Enjoy

    • Your asking for a ban since you request mods to add referral and then post it in the comments

Just worked for me through the iOS app! Thanks OP

    Steps:
    Download the App
    Register for account
In profile there's a status bar
Scrolled down to bottom and there was an option(forgot name) usual cost was 349 USD, but after entering code it became ) 0 USD and have Elite until July 4th now

    • there was an option(forgot name)

It was Join Elite or something similar.

  • so do you still need the elite status when you travel to get the benefits?

  • I dont think so. It has been noted on the hotel side. You should get a confirmation email/letter that listed your benefits upon booking. Lastime, I printed it out just in case but never need it.

  • Or just sign up with these guys and get the same benefits - generally only the high end hotels are available to book - but I use this every couple of weeks - great company and no costs

    https://frontiertravel.com.au/frontier-hotels

    • Thats cool.
You could make seperate booking back to back in the same hotel and get $130 hotel credit per night (free dinner) and free breaky is also included

      • Yeah, you would just need to check out then check in a couple of hours later

        • Why not lol

I've booked multiple nights (in other offers) - then contacted accommodation to combine in same room.

          No need to check out!
Never a problem as it saves them money & helping the guest is what they do.

Worth trying. I book 2 nights, then email to combine bookings. If no problem - add more nights.

eg Telstra Rewards had a 20k pt per booking with Booking.com. Booked 5 nights in Noosa, earnt 100k pts. (Points earnt paid for mobile on sale.)
Popped into reception each day - only to ensure points were applied.
Done the same with Qantas Hotels vouchers, etc.

Just depends if multiple bookings earn the expected reward. Telstra offer clearly stated multiple bookings were accepted in earning points.

  • Hi OP, thanks for posting this. I was just wondering how you got the IHG points? I always thought these were only obtainable through direct bookings with hotel rather than third parties.

Just signed up and received a USD50 (AUD75) voucher as a bonus. Was able to use against a two night booking. Booking showing in my Accor app already. Not all offers/ hotel availability includes benefits and benefits included vary. One hotel offer was for USD50, not USD100 credit etc. Thanks

    • How did get USD50? Just signed didn't get Usd50. 🥹

  • @micky14 yes just downloaded the app, followed the steps above and the voucher was sitting in my account under vouchers. I’ve applied it against a 2 night booking. Was an unexpected bonus.
