Instructions to get:
First click there

  1. Choose Ecuador/Colombia as your country
  2. Click on the button that says "quiero el juego".
  3. Once you click it a tab pops up in front where you're supposed put the code that comes with the cereal, but just 4.insert 4 random letters or my code
  4. Then insert your Origin related E-mail
  5. The code may be in the junk email section
  6. PROFIT
  7. If the code didn't work try another 4 letters, normally it works the second time you try."

People are having trouble redeeming right. You can either go http://activate.ea.com/ and then login and then redeem it or use the Origin app.

        Okay maybe it did't work. It just went blank and showed at the bottom "click this to get download instructions" or similar (chrome translate). I'll try in IE Shudders

          No need it worked in IE. First few times it went blank as the same as chrome, but 3rd correct code(7th try) it gave me:

          "Hemos enviado un código de descarga a la dirección de correo que nos proporcionaste, recuerda revisar tu bandeja de correo no deseado."

          Recieved email within seconds. Thank you very much.

    I keep getting "El codigo no existe" or "HTTP 403 Forbidden" after I typed in my random code and e-mail. Tried more than 10 times with IE, with cookies cleared, session restarted, and proxy served. >-(

    Guys they are just spitting codes at us, I tried one and it said Try slowing down a little and then checked email and there was the code. So first one gets it EXPP-RU49-7JMW-5VBE-C337

        That's where I bought mine from ages back, but that was only after a quick search.

        I've played every Fifa game since 08 for hundreds of hours a game, and it's definitely worth the 30 investment. They got rid of the defensive homing missiles of death in Fifa 12 and the game has never looked back since.

    I did everything, got the email, then went to origin looked up fifa 10 went buy now then entered the code but it came up with invalid promo code. Am i doing something wrong? Thanks

      Yeah you're not supposed to add it to cart. There is a "redeem code" option somewhere in Origin (sorry dont have it open, cant be specific)

        What's the difference between entering the code at checkout and the "redeem" option?

    For those who might still be struggling to get one, here's what I (a newbie) did:
    I created an new ID on Origin, verified my email address, visited the link using FireFox, keyed in random 4 characters code and my email address, succeeded on my fifth or sixth attempt (clearing the cookie after each failed attempt).

    Thanks to the OP. For some unknown reason I cannot vote on this deal. Anyone e;se has the same problem?

    You know you've become a real OzBargainer when you spend an hour trying to get a code for a free game, on a page that's in a foreign language, for a game that's 3 years old, and it's one that you already own on the Xbox 360.

    I used Chrome's Incognito mode to successfully get it, using the code ZULU, BTW.
