I need help with identifying this green flashing warning light on my dashboard. I've never seen it before.

Likely a problem with your car's electronics. Get to a auto electrician ASAP.
You'd be dirty with BMW if you had the computer fault the BMW did in the 6 Hour race at Bathurst at the weekend. You spend a gazillion dollars and hours building a car. You race for nearly 6 hours, and you're in the lead. Then as you pull onto Conrod Straight, the car's computer decides it won't select 7th gear, and before it does, after some delay, the car behind sweeps past, and you've lost the lead. Then a couple of laps later it does it again, and the car behind is able to sweep past, leaving you in 3rd place in a race you deserved to win, and could have won, if it wasn't for the car's own software.
Nah, sounds like a BMW working as intended.
Planned obsolescence. They program the car to “have faults” that no one can diagnose, so that forces the owner to just give up and buy a new car.
It's a warning that this is imminent.

It means jump out of the car and run to the right before the flashing light turns red.

It means you stopped driving rideshare/food delivery. If you do menulog/didi again, it will go away.
It means check your indicator. Suppose to be disabled from factory but some how it started working again. Go-to your nearest BMW dealer ASAP and hope it's still in warranty.
