Promotix Free Annual Membership Offer

Is it just me or has it been FOREVER since Promotix offered its awesome free annual membership deal? It has to be a couple of years, at least!

I hope it will be offered up again soon but in the meantime, can anyone point me in the direction of how to snag a free VIP Membership

What would be the point of a premium tier that is regularly offered for free?

They make their money through the subscription and ~$5-10 booking fees.

It's mostly for shows that wouldn't sell out tickets anyway and the venue would rather the chance of add-on food/drink sales than empty seats.

  It allowed me to see Arj Barker, Dave Thornton, Stephen K Amos and a few other shows at the Adelaide Fringe last month. Those shows weren't available to the general tier

$35 - it's a bargain already. I only have the free membership - it does me enough - I reckon last year I did about 10 shows with it, this year already a couple. If you really want the extras of the premium then $35 seems pretty good value for a year.
