7-Eleven Coffee App Discount Offer Removed?

Has anyone encountered this? Grabbed my 7-eleven coffee from a different store this morning and the lady said the 50¢ app offer had been withdrawn and pointed to an “official” piece of paper with a heading that said similar but the details were too small to read from a distance.

Edit - The offer still shows in app. Might email 7-eleven and then have them ban all my devices for asking questions…

Edit - Working again this morning and a different staff member at the store said the other staff member was telling people the wrong information.

    The Coffee section of the website has June 30 as the expiry date for both the reusable cup discount and the scanning the barcode in the app discount. The mystery deepens.

      The discount in the app always renews every week or two. Its never been long dated by months.

    I bought a coffee this morning from my regular 7-11 coffee place and the server said the 50c off deal had ended. $2 for a small.

    Might just fill a cup with espressos and then fridge it. Later mix 2 shots with heated oat milk in a mug .

      One of the blokes at work also said the same thing happened at their local 7-eleven.

      Seems weird 7-eleven wouldn’t just wait 5 days and then remove the offer from the app instead of just cancelling it.

      With the 25¢ per litre fuel limit (which is easy for me to exceed even though I’m not a pilot) and now this, I guess it’s time to start trying some other servos.
