With the new St. George lounge partnership with Shopback, I did a test transaction to see what exactly we can stack. Turns out, it's identical to Westpac.
Bonus 15% cashback today @ Target with a purchase on a St. George card.
Item purchase was $71.20
$70 paid with Target gift card
$1.20 paid with St. George debit card
Transaction tracked within hours as:
$10.68c St. George bonus
$0.36c Shopback cashback (Toys)
Total price paid after cashback = $60.16
Actual price paid is approx 5% less as gift cards were used @ 5% off.
So in summary, the St. George lounge appears to be identical to the Westpac lounge rules. I would assume it would be identical with Amazon/eBay purchases as well.
