Thanks OP, great deal.
A note for others - if you have trouble on the AU site (getting "not a vakid page" after 1-click buying) try the US site OP linked in the message.

Bonsai are those little trees lol I think I mean banzai
Ozjoey didn’t read the book.
Love to hear the pronunciation that people using this end up with, considering it appears no audio reference is available.

Always good to learn from books, but make sure you get some tutoring, too

Arigathanks Gozaimuch!
This book series would really confuse a librarian looking at the dewey decimal label on the spine.
495… K. Marx?
Will come in handy for the late night hentai sessions
90 days? なんでやねん
I go there in 40 days time so probably won't be at fluent level
Just remember the words nomihodai and tabehodai
HAIIIIIIIIIII Wakatte iru !!!!!
I had to bing it - all you can drink and eat, that's very good to know!
I went there after studying for a few months and I had a rough time talking to people. I was practicing on my own with little speaking or listening practice, which I think mattered a lot. But if you're staying in places popular with tourists it won't matter. You'll be fine not understanding any at all.
Arigato OP San! Aishiteru!
Sort of but not really disappointed that 1000+ episodes of subbed One PIece didn't make me fluent from exposure
Speaking in Japanese accent is not that hard to be honest. Just add “oh/uh” to what you are saying and you would sound like a native.
Eg: Patrick, now in Japanese this would become Pat-oh-rick-uh.
This is terrible advice lol. The problem is that it's pitch based, so even if you learn Japanese words, you won't be hearing the correct pitch of the syllables. There are many words that have the same syllables, but differ in intonation. People will likely still understand you after some initial confusion, but it's far from really being fluent.
No it's more like patorikku
I thought people would get the joke, this wasn’t supposed to be a genuine advice. This is how comedians sound like when doing Japanese accent.
Thanks :)
Thank you! Adds to my Duolingo and Japanese from Zero learning.
I tried visiting the ozzie link and when the page opens up it shows at $13.88 plus applicable tax, I tried the American link and it says ebook can only be purchased from Amazon au, is someone else having the same issue?
I would highly appreciate assistance please.
Looks like the deal has expired. The first two ebooks are no longer free.
Tried early this morning with the same result.
Yet to find a workaround…
