Was going to buy it and then buy the DLC, but then I realised it works out basically the same price if you buy the GOTY version. So I will get that instead.

around $44-48 in JB or EB. You can get it for $20-ish at zavvi but it is bundled with arkham asylum GOTY as well (so about $40-ish for 2 games).

I finished it last year and it's definitely one of my favourite games on this generations consoles. Compelling storyline and has some great action/fighting sequences.

Did not get mine, and if they are posting from local store I dont hold much hope since it is probably the worst HN in Australia and staff are clueless

Inside there was no manual, one the download addon, live terms and conditions and a foldout ads for other crap.
The plus is that post was within 4 days even though on the 3rd day i got an email saying there was an issue and it was to be shipped out in 7 days.
I don't think it comes with a manual cause mine didn't either. But it did have the authenticity strip intact.

Friday and nothing has arrived and there has been no reply to my email, not impressed with the service so far at all.
Try giving them a call on the number in the email to find out what is happening with your order. They will check up with your local store and get back to you.

I called the phone number on the receipt today and it turns out the local store hadn't even posted the games yet, so I went in and picked them up.

Me too - sent them an email on Friday, received on back on Monday morning saying someone from Maribyrnong HN would get back to me within 24 hours. Nobody got back to me, sent them another email that evening, no response as yet either :(
The service is disgusting. I have also sent two enquiries via email and have not received a response despite their message saying it has been passed on, someone will get back within 24hrs. Rang the phone number and no one picked up. They have taken $12 from my account and I am yet to see my goods.
Fwiw call the Sydney no. on your email, get your invoice no. and the store that is handling your order, call the store directly, quote the invoice no. Then you can ask them wtf is going on. Mine pretty much is lost somewhere, austpost have been very unkind to me with lost parcels recently and all they do is blame each other for not being able to locate the parcels. Will contact the store again tmrw morning and pick up the games from there if they have stock. How hard is it to send a couple of games less than 2km away, really?
ordered on the 5th… still waiting. called harvey norman on the 15th. they said they would check with the store and call back. nothing. Called again. Jasmine was busy but she will call me back… nothing. Called again and finally got a response saying they had a back log to fill but it would be delivered no later than 3 days. 7 days later still no deilvery and it has now been 3 weeks total.
lift your game harvey norman. I have only ever bought two things online from HN and both have had similar dramas.
Had someone from local store ring me on Friday, follow up email came on monday and apprently mine will be delivered this week. So hope to see it tomorrow..

I am going to give it a few more days, would really like to take this further because the communication is appalling and the fact they take the $12 from my account and still 4 weeks later nothing to show for it is disgusting. The store that mine is supposed to be sent from is one of those under investigation by ACCC as well, not surprising at all!!

Hey hsf, thanks for the update. After requesting a refund from the online team, the store was very quick to send an email saying they shipped it via fastway couriers on the 4th. however the tracking number does not work and have not received it yet. I am aware how poor fastway couriers are though, so it could be another week or more :\
it is because there is a GOTY edition out, $48 at EB. But I have not played this game and this is a bargain so bought :)
