I thought their ticketing system was automated ?

      • it is, we should ask for a refund for the handling fee.

How can they get away with charging a $5.50 handling fee when its all online? Highway robbery.

@jv: They decided to build roads instead.

            • @congo: 😲

I thought you had a Labor government?

              • @jv: Labor/Liberal, they are all the same for country areas.

                • @congo: The Royal Easter Show isn't in a country area though.

                  • @jv: No it is at Homebush.

                    • @congo: Oh no !!!!!!! 🥺

Bargain yesterday on Seniors Day - Cost me only $20 each for the 2 of us,
Cheap day providing you don't count the $35 Parking, $10.50 for 1 can of beer similar for a hotdog and $400 in showbags for the kids and grandkids, (I'll hand in my ozbargain badge now.)

    • $400 in showbags

Was that just for the Bertie Beetle bag ????

Such a rip off to what it used to cost just a few years ago

    • wakie up bro, is there anything or any service remains the same like few years ago?

      • I think he means the showbags

        • I remember when they were called 'sample bags' and were mostly either free or only a token charge. However, I'm not the age I was back then, Commodore is no longer keeping up, and show bags are now full of rrp product and cheap plastic novelties. The world has changed.

    • 9 years ago it was $30, 1$ increase per year. Can't you justify that? lol

What is few years ago? 20 years?

Obviously trying to offset the expected lower turnout this year, considering school holidays are not on.

  • Any discount for fun pass?
