      Cancel the order. Go in store and buy so you have a physical receipt.

      Everyone is having issues with digital receipt, but looks like physical receipts are all getting approved.

    They better approve my claim. They denied the First Choice order confirmation, so I reuploaded today with the tax invoice but haven't heard anything further yet. Will not be impressed if they deny it again or claim the allocation has been exhausted..

      They did the same thing to me. Resubmitted with tax invoice and got denied again claiming that the invoice is invalid format and needs to be a receipt.. lol

    Claim approved - just sent them Liquorland email order confirmation print pdf.

    Mastercard SMS received and $25 added to my Google wallet. Haven't picked up the drinks yet.

    Also, Liquorland Shopback 40% cashback has not tracked.

    Went to FCL to pick up order today, to claim this offer - on Monday.
    FCL threw away their copy attached to order.

    Talked with store manager about problem with emailed (to collect) "receipt" that is being refused as proof of purchase.
    "That's the only receipt we give!"

    Instead, FCL issued a store receipt. But that likely cancels online order for SB! Rather get the $22 back easier & lose the 40% cashback.

    Despite what I was told, received emailed invoice after order!

    I made $35 profit from this. Bought once from Liquorland, claimed twice (once with order receipt and then again with invoice because I was worried the order receipt wouldn't get approved), both got approved. Plus shopback 40% cashback.

      It looks like my decision to claim twice isn't popular. I didn't intend to double claim. I just presumed they would count them as one since I used the same email/phone.

    @gotyourback CB via SB didn't track for both, myself and my partner, purchased 25 March. Still says 40% for the peach flavor. When tried to submit a missing CB request, it says "KIRIN Hyoketsu is currently not eligible for Cashback".

    They rejected a valid claim saying there was no purchase date on the receipt. I could clearly see the purchase date mentioned, which I highlighted and replied to.

    Then received below response,

    If a claim is initially deemed invalid due to a breach of the terms and conditions or the absence of a valid receipt, we are unable to overturn it or accept valid receipts after the entry.

    They had one job..

      Mine just got approved after being at calculating for several days. Of course I won't be counting any chickens until it's in my bank account, but looks good so far!

      I also don't feel like I've done anything bad here. If the company is running multiple promotions at once and allows something like this to happen it's on them. Nothing about this was under handed at all, totally valid based on the T&Cs.

      Peach is awful, very artificial. I find the lemon one OK but gives me heartburn if I have more than 2. I think it's the sweeteners they use..

      One of mine is still calculating (from Kirin) but have bonus tracked/pending of $8 (First choice) which is about 40% back so probably all good.
