Samsung Education - A35 and A55

Hi All,

I've been trying since last night to purchase the Samsung A55 from the education store. They have a big banner with the promo for new earbuds and 20% off but when signing in, you can find the product anywhere!

Has this always been the case for education/corporate logins for other phones? I normally wait for prices to drop but with the Amex deal, I'm keen to get it now.

Anyone else in the same boat or have experienced this?

    Are you using iOS by any chance. I remember trying to buy an s23 ultra via checking out on iPhone safari and there was no phones at all in the store. Support said it had to be via android (wtf?)

      nope.. tried with Samsung shop app (android), phone browser (chrome) and on windows Chrome. I just got off a chat with Samsung, they said they have reported it to the team as they have replicated the same issue. I actually can't believe how such a large organisation can forget something like this!

      Even the A35 purchase link had to be manually modified to get the buy link.

    agree cant find the product when i search either

    For the a35, most retailers are offering promo $100 gc or cashback which could be a better deal than within the edu store.

      I've now purchased it. Did it at 5pm, you can't search for them, you need to use the banner on the home page (same for the main samsung site this morning?
