14" Laptop Recommendation for Office Use - Budget of $750

Hello, looking for a laptop that I can check out so I can issue an invoice for funding.

Will be just to take out and around for office-type work. No need for any heavy application use. A light body and decent screen is mostly what I care about.

  A few people bought some "Wrong Pricing" ChromeBook from JB and Officeworks last week and now they are re-selling on eBay. It has IPS TouchScreen, i5 12th Gen, 512GB storage, some says it even comes with a pen, for ~$700 (there was one for $698 but that got sold this morning). There are still a few around the same price.

  Reminder: ChromeBook doesn't run Windows. So, if you need to use MS Word, Excel or similar, stick with a Windows laptop.
