Since last Wednesday I've been having issues logging into my account at amazon.com.au - the OTP code for two factor log in is either not being sent or I am not receiving it.
Does anyone know how to contact Amazon support when the customer cannot log in?
PS: Yes, I'm keeping an eye on the linked credit card.

Whenever you get it fixed, make sure to use a 2FA app in future rather than SMS.
