      It should work in principle since AU and UK are technically the same region BUT some games can be a bit odd or finicky about it depending on how their SKUs are setup in the PS Store. I don't know for RE4 specifically to confirm either way unfortunately.

  as a collector I wouldn't buy this as its the American version. secondly I have seen it cheaper at 40 bucks for the AUD version previously :D
