i want to order Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey and wonder what flavour i should choose? which tastes better? i have NEVER used these stuff before. so need suggestions.

Tbh if you are going to buy branded supps, I wouldn't buy it in Australia. There really is no retail store that will sell it at decent prices.
For your basic whey protein powder, you are much better off buying it from a generic bulk store, they are much cheaper and the benefits are the same, also the protein serving is usually larger.

You can order a sample from them, I use them, the taste is bloody fantastic as well.
U can't order protein from overseas anyways. I know for sure bodybuilding.com won't ship optimum nutrition to Australia.

This is crap. You can order from overseas. Its just the type of Protein that you order.

I recently put an order through with GetRippedNutrition as they had a good range and all the prices were comparable to Vitacost and bodybuilding.com. They were pretty helpful and everything although i did only order last week so im still waiting for the stuff to arrive. Will update when it does.
Bodybuilding.com has restrictions on what they will ship and what brands, even though you can get the same thing from other places. I use bodybuilding.com for some reviews but mainly for their flavor ratings on stuff, they haven't steered me too wrong so far.
Also on the restrictions and people unsure what they can order, Vitacost had quite a good list on it which can be found here. Always worth checking the listed ingredients when buying from overseas to make sure its not going to get stopped at customs
Give ProteinKing a try. Good price, quick shipping. I got my Gold Standard last month and it turned out great. I got the Extreme Milk Chocolate and it's pretty good.

btw, do i have to use a shaker?
Nah you don't NEED to but it's a good idea to have one if your going to be having your protein on the go. Aside from using the shaker, you can just mix it up using a spoon or if you want, you can take some ice, ice-cream, milk and the protein and blend it for some milkshake. I take the shaker to the gym and work and just use the spoon at home when I can't be bothered blending it.
Just in case you're wondering, it mixes as good either way.
Edit: From what I've heard, AminoZ is fairly trusted. I cant tell you whether they're any good because I haven't tried them out but that's what I've heard. Good luck, buddy.
