Seems like a good deal,
got some for charging my phone when using a power bank so it doesn't look ridiculous walking around with a 1m cable in my pocket.
cable seems capable of 60W 3A,
480Mbps transfer speeds (who transfers data through cables these days?)

    480mbps i.e USB2, but a lot of power only cables are like that. good for charging otherwise not much else.

  My Anker power bank came with a cable that has its own velcro-tie.

  Also, I haven't measured the Anker cable length (definitely longer than 15cm though) but it's handy to be able to keep the power bank in my pocket while using my phone still plugged in and charging.
