Laptop with Solid Battery Life - Budget $500

I'm looking for a cheap laptop to do crypto stuff, so I'm not doing it on my main gaming PC where I run a lot of programs for extra security. It doesn't have to be fancy, no Celerons or Pentiums please, and small sizes (<13 inch) would be ideal.

Key requirements:

• Modern x64 processor N100, N200 or Alder lake and above ok; any Ryzen ok
• No Chromebooks
• 8GB RAM (or upgradeable to 8GB)
• Under $500
• USB-C charging
• Long battery life (>8 hrs)

Any solid deals? Preferring new, not used, just for extra safety and since I'll be claiming it as a tax deduction anyway (have checked with my accountant).

  New versus used is irrelevant for tax deduction status.
  With these requirements i'd be looking at an ex-lease machine.
