Has anyone noticed recently more and more orders are getting cancelled, stating "Problem Occurred"? When I drill down to the tracking details it usually shows the order was dispatched from a carrier facility, then after a day or two "Returned to seller".
No problem getting a refund from Amazon but I fear that a) it will affect my customer profile and b) any reorder will again fail (happened 3 times with Quilton paper towels over 2 weeks).
Amazon Order Status Is "Problem Occurred"

Have you contacted Amazon?
I have multiple times, no explanation is given, they're just happy to give an immediate refund.
Skip Amazon support and go directly to Jeffrey Bezos
Do not pass go, do not collect $200.
It's their crappy last mile couriers they're using.
"Can't gain entry", yeah it's a secure high rise building
"Delivery attempted" sure you did…
Etc
Why is my phone number on the package but they never seem us use it? 🤔They never give full details in the tracking but live chat sometimes has more details. It's annoying to get a refund for an item that you bought that was on sale and they never offer to resend it.
I've had empty envelopes sent (Metroid Prime Switch) and "delivered" when it clearly wasn't (Days Gone PS4).
The dodgy courier in my area keeps stealing my games so I've all but given up buying physical games from Amazon. If they used Aus Post I wouldnt have this issue I reckon. That's the thing, it's not even "out" for delivery, the courier returns it to the delivery centre after a day.

The only time I had this was when something appeared to be damaged in transit.
Was 'out for delivery' and then went pear shaped. Looks like it was dropped and broken or leaking. It was a liquid item.
Got a refund.

Maybe not being protected correctly and package is ripping in transit?
I had this in a Samsung 2tb deal a few weeks back.
It said it was damaged and being returned very early in the piece.
I kept watching the tracking, it made it all the way and was delivered totally normal.
Zero damage nothing. It's happened with my Amazon UK deliveries. Says undeliverable. Hasn't even reached Australia. And then I've got Amazon Germany orders sitting there chilling doing nothing without a delivery date.
Nearly always means damaged in transit.
Never know that to be an issue
It's a possibility. If it is the same products and seller (and not via Amazon AU for eg).
I've only ever had 1 order with an issue which was "dispatched" but never arrived. It was during the prime day sales and it was stuff that I kinda wanted. I got a refund and just didn't bother ordering.
