Telling people their transactions have not been tracked
Figured as much.
Has 'Jessie' survived the cut? Maybe we will have less bottlenecks if we have people willing to help.
And yet they're still unable to confirm my Domino's reward that's pending since 30/11.
update - union declines 24% cutback…. didn't track on their end, blames third party.
Could be a recession coming!!
I wonder how many of those are Australian employees? Potentially no cuts from SB AU.
Bugger, another cashback business going down the craphole like CR.
@gotyourback - you still with us?
Time to cashout my $420.69
SB says thank you for helping fund their business with the interest on your cash back. If there were more customers like you, they wouldn't have had to cut the 24% of staff, heck they might have been able to add more staff.
Get your cash out while you can

The first sign of a company that will fail in the next 12 months is redundancies like this.
I wouldn't be leaving any large amounts in SB.
This apply to all cash back site like topcashback, cashreward and shoback
That's probably why the Shopback rep on here isn't replying to my message
Yes, only get paid to answer.
The photo shoback provided is kind of sad
Same old crap where the CEO makes a bad decision and the victims of the bad decision get their life disrupted while the CEO keeps their job.

It makes you sick how these so called 'leaders' only think in the now when blind Freddy could have some foresight.
These companies need to be better regulated.
If you look at CR's last available annual statement, it is an extremely unprofitable business. Shopback would likely have similar financial and economic challenges.
Got a link?
I saw CR are looking for a new CMO which is much needed as their marketing has been obsolete lately.
What are ~800 people been doing!!?
