The recent profit deal got me thinking about this. Their live chat agents know absolutely nothing. They don't even understand what VoLTE is and how it's different from having 4G data access. It's concerning because Telstra shuts down 3G in June and they still don't understand what it means.

As of December 2023 Whirlpool suggests there still was no VoLTE on Lycamobile services.
