Looks good. I bought a few times before from a website called biltong.com.au, their biltongs are cheap and good too.
Impossible to find at woolies here :( never have stock
FWIW not that hard to DIY - very basic equipment needed, main thing is decent weather for 3-5 days (low humidity). Just did my first ever batch, 2kg - had zero issues at all other than a tiny amount of white mould (which is harmless though unsightly - common on most naturally cured small goods e.g quality salamis) which a tiny brush of vinegar got rid of.
Well worth trying if you appreciate hobbies and eating such excellent products.
Tad biased but was pretty clearly superior to a 'Sydney Show' winning biltong I'd had recently - better in texture & taste.
I don't know what I expected when I clicked the link about your favourite biltong, but it wasn't just to read you commenting "+1" lol
