Can anyone confirm if Exetel require notice to port out/cancel their pre paid mobile service? The website suggest you do but when i called the rep said no, only NBN requires notice. Can anyone confirm? looking to port over to the Catch Connect service when my sims arrive but want to confirm if i can simply port out a few days before my next bill date or if i have to give notice.
