$7000!!! Down from nearly $11k…. Ummmm am i missing something here? Does it come with a personal chef to cook for you? No filtered water or ice cube maker…. Hmmmmm

    • Down from nearly $11k….

No, $11K is the RRP, not the normal price.

Normal price, as a guide, is about half that.

      • Soooo you're not saving anything then? They simply don't charge the RRP to make it look like a special deal?
Starting to think they may have added an extra 9 on the end accidentally and should be $799??

        • Wish i knew what he wrote before deleting message. Then deleting the deal lol

    Hmmmmm…..

    • It's an ex-commercial model so there is no official RRP set by the supplier, so the RRP is a suggested retail price which we set and sell at regularly. If you look at this model and similar models at other retailers, you'll find that our RRP is on par or lower.

@jv "no official RRP" and "Seems dodgy…"

Not uncommon these days as nobody actually in their right mind would ever pay full RRP. With every retailer discounting the crap out of their market. e.g. Does anyone really know the real RRP of anything any more?… e.g. a 2 litre bottle of Coca Cola will have over thousand 'street' prices on any given day but will never ever display an actual RRP.

Anyway, I just replaced my Liebherr 440 litre Bottom mount fridge/freezer after my old (2years old) unit was destroyed by a house fire (it survived intact, but seals melted onto the metal frame). Paid 1/2 price of $2499 in Jan 2021, paid $4k, again 1/2 price in December, 2023. Fantastic unit even though no ice-maker or internet capable bullsh.t included. High quality build and unlikely to become premature landfill during the next 10 years unless I have another house fire.

Are you buying the HEYMIX chargers or something?

        • I recently travelled with one of the Heymix universal ones, had no issues plugging it in all over Europe and Singapore, charging multiple devices on the hub etc. I bought another Heymix based on the quality of the first one and have no issues. I don't see any actual proof about Heymix and fires where Heymix is directly referenced in any news articles about charger house fires. The only reviews about 'fires' are some neg reviews on Amazon that seem dodgy, too. For some reason people on Ozb really hate them, too, but mostly people saying that they can be faulty. Nothing about a house fire.

They are about as good as any other charger brand, maybe not as good as Anker but on par, if not better than generic chargers like Kmart and Officeworks. It's not the best brand ever, and YMMV, but If Heymix was behind a bunch of house fires I'm pretty sure they would see the connection and recall them or be removed from Amazon. They all have the brand name on the products and come with branded packaging. Like the connection would be made pretty freaking quickly.

Reviews for the Liebherr fridge is abysmal. Around 21 percentage have given it 1 star at consumer affairs

    They make good excavators…

Having to deal with Liebherr fridges for various reasons, rrp is real. Just get a Miele, same dimensions, same factory, slightly cheaper, probably just as bad lol

    • probably just as bad lol

I've found Miele customer service pretty good.
