          Defamation only exists if the communication is made to a third party. If I told you that you were a fraudster, that wouldn't be defamation. If I told a third party you were a fraudster, then a claim of defamation can be made unless it's proven that it is more likely than not that you are.

        A friend of mine had the same issue, Shopback said it was due to him having created multiple fake accounts to abuse the referral system. It's likely this is what you did too as Shopback would have no reason to ban accounts for no reason (as they would just be missing out on referral money from the customer).

        I've just used Shopback as intended without abusing any rules and have not had any issues (my account has never been 'banned').

            @HamBoi69: As can be noted in the quote you have used, I used the term likely, therefore, I am not accusing you of anything, rather, I am noting the experiences of my friend who I have spoke to and am drawing a likely (but not definitive as you’ve suggested) conclusion that your account may have been banned for the aforementioned reason of creating multiple accounts.

            It is important to note that ShopBack wouldn't ban an account for no reason as previously described in my comment you've replied too.

      Not sure why you got negged (maybe it was ShopBack related). My Domino’s deal from ShopBack is still pending (bought on 30 Nov, meant to be confirmed by 29 Feb). Have also enquired further via the app

      Cashrewads has always honoured all dominos purchase within a month. It is shopback that is the issue.

    Cashrewards is good with Dominos, did a purchase on 23/02 and was approved 09/03. Stay away from ShopBacks Dominos deals tho

      I tried it and it tracks all your transactions within the 50% cashback time period and gives back up to $10.
      1st transaction: $17, got $8.50 cashback
      2nd transaction: $14, got $1.50 cashback
