      Any time i go onto these deals it's the same. I am starting to assume that they don't go on sale UNTIL only those big/tiny sizes are left, meaning there is almost a 0 chance you will find the more common sizes available at these discounted prices

      I didn't see any shorts. Those things are too long. Culottes would be closest to the right classification.
