Im thinking to do everyday purchases with the Qantas Travel Money debit card. No fee when loaded with bank transfer. 1 Qantas points for every $4 of local purchases and 1.5 points for every AUD 1 spent overseas (Which I always use Wise anyway, so not necessarily and plus to me)
If I use the money card to buy Woolies gift card, earning qantas points then earnings everyday reward points when using the gift cards. Is there a catch or hidden cost I have to be wary about?
I spend average $1000/month at woolies.
Consider getting a Qantas card with Amex instead that gives bonus 100k+ points upon 3000 spend in 90 days. You earn 1.25points per dollar spend in Au or whereever. There's an annual fee of $450 but you can get the same worth of free flights on Amex travel.
