I went to return my cosair TX650 v2 because of it being loud ( less than a year old) however after a few weeks when i went to pick it up they gave me a brand new one but it was TX650. I am just wondering if there is any difference they both have the same efficency , watts and connectors from the outside of the box should i go return it for my TX650 v2 or just keep it.
Returned PSU is different

What the difference.
Just the efficiency
I'd still take it back, maybe you could get something better out of them (750w?)
Even if there isn't much difference it's a newer model, there is sure to be small refinements made. You paid for a v2, you should get a v2 back.
Yeah i might change it i have only took off the wrapper have not opened the box yet.
This might help:

Overall I don't see much difference.
