Congrats.I sent a dm over twitter. They asked for my (in my case my son) battle.net account, and for me to follow their account. I sent the details and they contacted my son's battle.net account and said that because of some account limitations, it'd take a few days before the game could be sent. I don't believe he as the game yet.

I suspected it might be an account linking processes and not a key but wasn't sure, I'll go and write my battle.net account name down and double check it just to be sure I have it ready and don't mistype it when they ask for it.
Thanks for letting me know about the potential account limitations that could effect things, I'll have a look into my account settings and see if there's anything I can do to make it smoother or have less trouble for them to link with mine, as I haven't used my battlenet account in a while I suspect there's a chance mine could have some limitations too.
I hope that besides the delay your son's account gets the key without any issues and enjoys the game.
Thanks. Just updating you on my prize. They ended up being unable to give Diablo IV Ultimate Edition because my son already owned the standard edition. They exchanged it for another game of the same value. He just received it today. Hopefully you get our game soon.
@shaneb: I'm sorry they weren't able to upgrade the copy he had but I'm glad they exchanged it for him. Thanks, hopefully I'll get mine soon too, they replied to me earlier and asked me to add their account as a friend on battle.net which I've done, so hopefully tomorrow sometime I'll either have it added to my account or at least have the process started. I actually just saw as I was typing this that they appeared in the friend list on battle.net so I might even get it tonight.
Just thought I'd return and mark this as won since I've now received my gift. I got Diablo II: Resurrected since I grew up with and loved titan quest and later grim dawn and I'd always heard that diablo 2 was pretty much the original that they were based off, so I'm looking forward to playing it with all the updates the remaster has. (:
Had a combo of timings aligning with the weekends where I won on friday night and then the 3 days gift countdown on battle.net fell on the next friday after confirming things and then last night I only saw the final message on twitter confirming the game i entered for after dinner when they'd gone home. XD
