That's ok it works fine unactivated, or you can buy it cheap or even activate it a bit dodgy.

Microsoft only comes knocking when you're a business with a lot of 365 or Volume License. Even then you can brush them off for 6 months while you self audit without any repercussions.

Got my new PC from BPC Tech delivered yesterday.
Still waiting for my partial refund as BPC had to downgrade my case after I purchased and paid for a case that was reserved yet went OOS before my system was build.
Also waiting for a reply about the SSD in my new system that I paid for a 2TB Kinston but was installed a 1TB MSI

Still waiting for my partial refund

So you have been waiting 1 day ?

Maybe they are having financial problems ?

Might need to hold back from ordering, just in case…

    • Hey @Roary apologies for the delay, we've sent you a PM in regards to the issue.

The DM was worthless, all you said it was complex.
Anyway I rang BPC and agreed to a lesser refund (was $130 to now only $80) if they can quickly process it and send me out the SSD I ordered and paid for.
I do believe they made a mistake calculating my refund and it should of only been around $70-$80 and not $130. I even told them that when they first calculated and promised me a refund.
Hopefully soon this will be resolved.

Any chance to get 6000Mhz RAM in these? Don't need to jump up to 6400Mhz

  • Would this run warzone 1440p? Or would RTX 4060 be ok?

    • This would be much better than RTX 4060.
I like the 4060 but its value is in its low power requirements and ability to fit into low profile form factors (and to be able to be the full-fat GPU in a laptop without having to be cut down) - and also its 4000-series features such as DLSS3 etc.
But in a normal desktop - you can buy an RTX 2070 on the used market for about $220 and get the same level of performance.

RTX 4070 Super is like 2 x faster almost. It performs equivalently to the RTX 3080 Ti while using less power.
For 1440p - you need this level of performance if you want to COMPETE.

  • Banger deal this is great value for gaming!

  • How's 4070 Super compared to 4070ti?

I'm keen to see a 7800xt x 7500f build from BPC, should be able to get pretty low without OS. Also my build from BPC last year took less than 7 days from order to delivered interstate and that was with upgraded parts so fast turn around in my experience 👍

  • Realistically, a B650M motherboard and 32Gb RAM should be standard (as a bare minimum) in these builds.
6000mhz RAM would also be a nice optional upgrade.
It's a shame that most of the deals on OzB these days use such low-end parts to make the price seem more appealing for the post title.

  • Hi BPC tech, I have my order BPC000199858 placed 2nd of January 2024 for the Kraken Nuke 110 Compact Gaming PC. I called and communicated with Jacky over the phone and was told to wait for 3 weeks cause of some parts availability. I agreed to wait until now I check the status order cancelled. Haven’t got any email or notification from BPCTech. Tried calling them but no one picking up.

    • hey mate, thanks for the message. We had a public holiday yesterday, so no phone service. I checked the order and can't see that it has been cancelled. One component is out of stock unfortunately. Our supplier has advised us that it should come in sometime this week. We'll be sending it out to you as soon as we have received stock.
