No Singapore unfortunately. Activated in Singapore but usage in Bangkok, Thailand.

@AnyFurtherDiscount: You can select it manually using a box zoomed around the part of the world you want. That's how I tested it with Taiwan. Got the entire island in 440mb.

Normally it’s time limited (3 hours max)… unless you have a connecting flight. Then it’s for the whole period between flights.
Mind you, it’s only for layover flights.

free public wifi is pretty ubiquitous at Changi/Jewel etc, if you don't plan to venture out of the airport you probably don't need a sim
Had a 22hr stopover each direction to Europe over Xmas, it would be too much to stay at the airport. Changi's a nice airport, but not a resort. You'd feel better along your journey getting a cheap hotel room too have a decent break. I did visit all of the OneWorld lounge while there, and I'd say QF First is not very good, Qatar lounge is best (smaller, quieter, a la carte dining and great showers).
