  • Says new customers only. I'm currently post paid Telstra customer, can I purchase? Also can I port number?

Of course you can. You can have multiple services like Boost Mobile, pretty similar user interface.

      • Thanks! I'm on the old $10 F&F plan, which the rep has said they're phasing out. I use next to nothing, wfh, so 6 month expiry is great… just bought with points.

I'm not sure they'll let you transfer a current Telstra number to it. You may need to port out then back in again.

      • I heard that porting between Telstra and Boost is allowed.

It is also a cheap way to have a service on Telstra in order to redeem points. Currently no service, no points redemption.

Each sim card you buy will have an expiration date on the back, you can activate it anytime you want before the expiration date, usually Telstra will send you a set of sim cards that expire in November 2025.

      • Jun 2025 and no signature required, the same delivery way as Boost Mobile 28 day plan SIM.

  • Cashback via SB and CR unavailable atm

    • Yes, just redeem points for it. Lots of people got free 13k+ points years ago.

  • With telstra does the eSIM get generated as a QR code?
