  A word of warning. I signed up and tried to port my number across and it was an absolute disaster, they sent me a verification code to validate the port request but I was unable to reply to the SMS. My phone is now showing no service and their eSim cannot be activated.
  So I am currently without service and I have requested a manual port which can take between 24-48 hours to complete.

  Update on the above.
  I used their online chat, raised a ticket, and processed my port manually. My total downtime was approximately 2 to 3 hours which wasn't ideal but I am now connected.
