No, it’s been around a while (at least a year, probably longer) but stock in the cheap frozen veggies can be inconsistent. Looking to be in stock in my area.
It seems that Birds Eye is widely stocked, whilst the prep set go one is only selectively stocked at certain Woolworths, at least thats my experience in Melbourne's south east

Yeah, saw this on the shelf the other day and was about to grab it for the convenience - but opted for a fresh aussie cauli from not woolies instead.
I plan to investigate freezing methods to make up for the convenience factor.

Yeah I feel Australia does not have the market size for these kind of products for anyone to put up their hand and start processing locally and still be competitive/profitable. It’s a shame, and the carbon footprint is definitely not ideal, but I can see why it happens. I do also see the appeal of a product like this compared to just buying a fresh cauliflower.
How to cook this
So somebody puts the cauliflower/broccoli in a blender for you?
Grater works well too.
And gets out the blender, cleans the blender, freezes it, packs the blender away, freezes the cauliflower, packages it so you can keep in on hand to use as required not worrying about if it’s going to go off before you get to use it. Particularly useful for those who may not have blender.
