So given the fact that NAND pricing is being artificially inflated by SSD manufacturers reducing production, how long do we all think it’ll be before things start to either return to normal or will we see any actually decent SSD deals this year?

Yeah I’ve seen those deals but I’m meaning full SSD’s, whether 2.5” ones or M.2 ones.

This is normal. Commercial normal. Manufacturers charging and getting an amount that reflects cost of production.
What you saw for a while there was the industry having to charge less than the manufacturing cost to clear excess stock that had built up because they had over-estimated demand. The industry will be trying as hard as it can not to go back to that. But given that the semiconductor industry has to guess what demand will be, and spend years and billions creating manufacturing capability to meet it, it'll keep happening with one product after another.
There's been some good deals on micro SD cards if that fills your needs.
