    Unless you specifically want/need one of those characters/weapons, no. In the current state of the meta, none of them are important though they have some niche usages. E.g. Jean can be used as an anemo healer (vv holder) for furina stacks, diluc still has his weird plunging attack mechanics, physical is a dead "element" so eula is kinda meh, albedo is kinda meh at this point due to how bad constructs are.

    It will depend on which wishes it uses. If it uses normal wishes then it will quickly replace the random normal banner as you can target a specific 5 star character or weapon. From the initial details it looks like it is 50/50 still but if you target a character your 50/50 loss will always be a character, if you target a weapon your 50/50 loss will always be a weapon and the loss weapon will always be the same type as the weapon you are targeting. But all that depends on how often it rotates, with mihoyo to release more details shortly I believe.

    Also, the 5-stars available will be a selection from the ones that have had at least 3 banner runs and not been in a recent banners.

      I don't know where you got this from but I'm pretty sure it's not correct. From what I read on their site (https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/news/detail/122695), you can lose your 50/50 to any of the other weapons in that banner even if they're not the same type.

    If you're pulling for characters, it seems to be the same as the current event banners with a 50/50 and a hard pity of 90. Though it's probably a bit better in the sense you can lose your 50/50 to another limited character.

    If you're pulling for weapons, I guess it depends. The hard pity is 90 instead of 80 but you can guarantee your weapon after 180 pulls instead of 240. I would still go with the current weapon banner if I was okay with getting the other featured weapon as well though.

      They do that on purpose to incentivise watching the stream.

      For what it’s worth, I post these literally within a minute they are available. If people are regularly missing out, it might help to subscribe to the Genshin on ozbargain so people get a notification when any codes are posted.
