  • Is the stock from the closest Woolworths? Looks like MILKRUN was powered by Woolworths Metro and now Woolworths.
Has anyone used MILKRUN and what do you think?

I haven't been ordering online recently from ColesWorth and Uber/DoorDash due to issues such as wrong items, near expiry dates, out of stock and inability to locate stock when stock was available

    • It is pretty much like Uber Eats

      • Thanks

    • I used Milkrun few times last year when they first started and was giving away a lot of discounts and free delivery. It's a bit different compared to Uber Eats or DoorDash where the delivery driver does the shopping for you- with Milkrun I believe the Woolies staff pack the order for you and the Uber driver picks up the packed order and delivery it to you. Not sure if this has changed now since I haven't used it at all this year.

      • Thanks. Woolies staff would be better I think

@foxes28 I just received my first MILKRUN order ($15 off $30 with code TAKE15). As you mentioned, it seems to be Woolworths staff packing the order as per the message on the app when the order was placed. Then a driver is assigned on the way to the store.

Thanks for letting me know. I just placed an order with that code instead and it seems they are coming from Woolworths even though there is a Woolies Metro closer to where I live.

          • @foxes28: The website says 'now powered by Woolworths'. Sounds like a good move.

    • I have a store literally across the road from my place, but the order was delivered from one 15 minutes away. Not sure if only certain stores opt into milkrun or not…..

  • Got code in email, try 'LETSDANCE' for $5 off

    • Min spend?

      • Just says ''Available on eligible purchases to new MILKRUN customers on their first 3 orders. Selected delivery locations. Min spend and exclusions apply. See MILKRUN.com for full T&Cs.''

        No mention of min spend

  • Everything is ~30% more expensive? V energy $5.5 instore vs $7.25 on milkrun.

  • Will try MILKRUN and just placed an order but used this code for a better discount TAKE15 ($15 off $30)

  • Prices seem to be around 10% dearer on average than WW stocked items (maybe more if it's on special that week), and the app is a pain as I couldn't seem to find a way to change the sort order. Can't say I'll use it again… But happy to use it this time and take the free $20, plus the cheap mineral water, and the 3600 bonus points ($18) I scored.
Edit: Oh, plus the free pack of chocolate eggs on offer, the bonus Caramello Koala, and extra 2L juice Woolies staff threw in! 🤣

  • Stacks with everyday rewards extra perk - delivery time in points. For me that was 3328 extra ponts
